1. About Irsyads

Irsyads (irsyads.com and its subdomains) is an educational enterprise owned and operated by Muhammad Irsyad Sirojul Khoeir, registered under Business Identification Number (NIB) 2909260082357 (KBLI 85699, Other Educational Support Services), domiciled in Purwakarta Regency, West Java, Republic of Indonesia. By accessing or using Irsyads services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

Irsyads provides open study materials, online learning courses (Irsyads Academy), computer-based testing services (Irsyads CBT), official letter issuance (Irsyads Letters), digital document verification (Irsyads Verify), and associated productivity tools. Features may be modified, expanded, or discontinued to improve service quality.

3. Accounts

Certain services require an Irsyads ID account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts subjected to misuse.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

1. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to data or accounts belonging to other individuals;
2. Disrupting, overburdening, or conducting unauthorized security penetration testing on our systems;
3. Engaging in academic dishonesty during examinations, including unauthorized sharing of questions, access tokens, or test participant cards;
4. Uploading or transmitting content that violates applicable law, infringes upon third-party rights, or breaches public decency.

5. Examinations (CBT)

Official assessments may mandate the use of Safe Exam Browser and proctoring mechanisms. Any violation of examination rules may be recorded and reported directly to the presiding examination organizers (schools or instructors), who hold exclusive authority regarding academic grades and disciplinary sanctions.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All instructional materials, manuscripts, visual designs, and software developed by Irsyads are protected under copyright law. You are permitted to read, cite with proper attribution, and use these materials for personal non-commercial study. Any reproduction, distribution, or resale requires prior written authorization.

Any work or content you upload remains your intellectual property; you grant Irsyads a limited license to store, process, and display such content strictly as necessary for operating the services.

7. Payments

All fees are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) prior to final transaction confirmation. Payments are processed via QRIS, bank transfer, supported digital wallets (via QRIS), or PayPal.

Always verify the recipient name before finalizing payment: DEIRSYAD (for QRIS transactions) or Muhammad Irsyad Sirojul Khoeir (for bank transfers). We never request payments directed to any other recipient name.

8. Voluntary Support (Donations)

Financial support provided through our donation facilities is voluntary, confers no entitlement to specialized commercial deliverables, and is dedicated to sustaining open educational materials and Irsyads services. Donations are non-refundable, except in verified cases of erroneous transfer or duplicate payment as set forth in our Refund Policy.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by the Irsyads Refund Policy (irsyads.com/pengembalian), which constitutes an integral part of these Terms.

10. Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy (irsyads.com/privasi).

11. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. While we strive to ensure high reliability and security, uninterrupted service is not warranted. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any loss arising from paid services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

12. Amendments

These Terms may be revised from time to time; the effective date of the latest update is displayed above. Material modifications will be announced on the website or communicated via account email.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising hereunder shall first be submitted to good-faith mutual deliberation; failing amicable resolution, the dispute shall be resolved through the District Court of Purwakarta (Pengadilan Negeri Purwakarta).
